Out of nowhere my 11" lima is suddenly very sick. he's just lost all balance. no visible damage, water fine and strangely he'd been really active for last few days. any advice?

what size tank, water params, what is the visible damage (ie. mucus on skin, fin, and tail damage, red marks, ect.), what are the tankmates??? what's the tank temp!
Lost him. Woke up this morning and he was gone, thinking it may have been a dodgy lancefish. Gone and got a black arowana in to ease my pain!
lol, how big is the lancefish? I was eyeballin an silver arowana, but it was a little pricey for a impulse buy!
