HELP : Sick Pearl and HYBRID RAYS

I have 2 separate Tanks containing about 60 Rays
water quality seems fine and so other parameters

There are 3 rays that has not eaten for 2 days and been separated.

My concern is what kinda meds I should use since I live in Thailand
and not too many aquarium meds to buy like melafix.....
Most meds should be medicine for human........

For rays that are heavily breathing what medication that I should use (human meds) and what are their dosages?
And also can I use injection meds? what are they and their dosage?

I urgently need helps ..... Thanks in advance for your suggestions.....
If no suggestions there will surely be 3 death curls coming.........

I have about 40 henlei/leopoldi/henlei+leopoldi and about 20 pearls.....will show pics later........And in the future I need a lot of your advices.......

first isolate the rays and check your water parameters. thats alot of rays. what size tank and filteration system do you have?

also check with your supplier for possible human medication and dosage. thats a pretty big investment, i would suggest having a wide stocki of medication for future incidents.

Isolate first. Have the done the standard increase temp. and add salt routine?
