HELP SICK TRIGGER

Can someone tell me what is wrong with my trigger. for a week he was the only one with symptoms, today the kole tang died and now all the fish seem sick.

The tank is a 180 reef.

WOW those are blurry pix, lol. From what I can see, Ich & possibly a fungal infection as well. Can you tell me what he is doing, how he is acting, and can you try to get a clear picture of what appears to be the grayish/white blotches.
Can you take a look at the "Guidelines" sticky here in Disease & Injury and try to provide as much info as you can from there. This will help tremendously in getting to the root of the problem and a quick treatment plan. Thanks so much!
