Help silver aro is dying

My silver aro is at the bottom of the tank and not eating anything.

I just changed the water.

If I lift it up to the surface and put food in it's mouth, will it eat it?

I would figure out what's causing it first.
can you tell us anything about the water? temp? paramaters? tankmates?

you tell us if u lift it to the top and feed it does it eat?

tell us everything you can. How long has he been down, is he listing sideways, is he white or washed, is he panting with his mouth, did you use chlorinated water? New fish? Temp change? Unwashed hands? It's maybe not too late, I had mine that far gone and everyone here saved him, so talk to us.
