Help! Silver arowana's lips swollen!

Due to careless handling, the LFS owner injured my arowana's lips and it looks swollen. Can anyone suggest what should I do?

Yea, good idea. I've noticed that silver arowanas tend to press their mouth and barbels against the tank, causing broken barbels and injury to their lips. After that, their injured area tend to swell to a bud or something. Does anyone have any ideas what I should with that hideous bud-like-thing and how to cure it?

my aros sometimes do that and i do 40% waterchanges and add salt,few days mines disappear

My aros haven't done that but my pbass do. They all have those bud looking thing on the front of their lower lip. It doesn't seem to go away.
