Help!!!!!Snail in planted tank...popping up everywhere

Wondering if someone can give me some idea how to get rid of the snail in my tank.. They are everywhere and it's an eye sore...

You will likely never get them all. There are ways to reduce their numbers though. First figure out what kind of snail. Reduce food for them, add things that hunt them, trap them and take them out manually are all ways. I wouldnt recommend anything copper as ive tried some kinds up to 5x recommended dose and didnt kill snails completely (fish removed)
 
How big is the tank, what kind of fish are in the tank?!?! In my old 75 gallon planted tank I had a couple of Yo-Yo Loaches for snails. They're well known for eating snails, and their eggs!!! But like I said it all depends on how big the tanks is, and what kind of fish are in the tank.

I have a 120gl 4x2x2.. And 5 neon tetra, about 12 fancy guppy

loachs will take out their fair share, but as long as they are balanced, they can be helpful part of the clean up crew.
