Ok i have four discus in a tank. My water is perfect nothing is out of range. I do water changes every other day. I have good filtration aand airation. But, one of my discus is just hanging out at the top in the corner. He is not gulping for air, he is just staying there away from the group. His colors are pale. And i have not noticed him eating. I can't figure out what is wrong. I have noticed one of the other discus is always nipping at his fins and chasing him but, other than that nothing. Any ideas what may be wrong or what to do?

I've seen Discus do that before. Usually if there isn't enough space in the tank or if they are trying to mate. How big is the tank, what size, what food? Can you give us number on your parameters?

Amusing nothing is off one solution that may seem counter intuitive is get more discus if the tank is large enough, they tend to do better with odd numbers unless paired. You may have to isolate the bullied one and get him/her eating again.

temp 84 PH 7 all negative stuff is 0. They are juvi's and in a 40gallon. I feed them blood worms and Spectrum tetra +A by new life.

Discus that have stopped eating after being perfectly fine, is usually a sure sign of internal parasites. This is a very common condition. 5 days of treatment with metro will usually clear it up. Fish in this condition left untreated, will usually waste away over time and die over a period of weeks or months.
