HELP!!! How do you start the flow with a trickle down filter? I accidentally broke the plastic u-shaped pipe that drains the water from the tank to the bio-balls under the tank. I did not set up the tank so I don't know how the flow was started. I have tried everything. I was told to use a thin siphoning looking tube and stick it into the u-shaped pipe and start the siphon that way. But after sucking down half the tank the only siphoning I did was from the dirty tank water into my mouth...blaahhhh...I have a Rio+ 1700 system. Please help! Thanks.
