So came home from work to day and see that grandpa has went ahead and got a fw sting ray for my son who is 3 it seams that lfs guy said it would be fine in a 75 gal With an Oscar, pbass, and Chanelcat but from what i read on here and every where its to small of a tank and tank mates are not good. and i see that my ccat has a whole in his side and some thing white sticking out of it what do i do...................:nilly:

a 75 is way to small for either a channel cat or a pbass. Let alone together and adding a ray.

Ray's need wide tanks, so unless you can get a tank that is 8x4 bring it back

That is a hook worm on the channel cat. Channel cats get way way way too big for 75 gallons and so does a stingray. Don't keep the stingray in that tank it will probably die. I'll buy it if u need to get rid of it. Just don't keep it in there unless you are well educated n stingray care

Take the ray back if you can....not a good situation for him......you would have to do massive daily water changes if it was JUST the ray in the tank....they need lots of room, REALLY clean water and are really messy fish.
