tank is a 40G Long - 48" x 12" x 16"
I was planning on setting the tank up as an African Oddball tank, so far I have 1 senegal bichir (3-4") and 2 african butterfly fish. I love the fish, but there's very little activity and the tank just seems empty. I'd really love to add a Delhezi (Polypterus delhezi) and a small school of congo tetras but I don't know if that would be too much for the tank size? If so does anyone else have suggestions? I desperately need some interesting middle swimmers. I'd really like to keep the african biotope, but feel free to suggest anything you think would work.
