Help sturgeon fungi

I have had 2 siberian sturgeon for a bit now. I recently didcovered one, which has a bent tail from shipping, has what looks like mouth fungi. Really need help because i dont want her to die. So if you know what this is please tell me

Whats water temp? Parameters? Id start here

The temp is 55 and the parameters is a 10 gallon lol but in a week or so gonna be transfered to. A 4,500 gallon. The fungi looks like black dried up gums around the mouth
