Help: Suggested lighting for 48" tall aquarium

I have my FOWLR tank setup and ready to go, now for the lighting. I'm not keeping any corals, but I still want the tank to be bright and look nice. I'm looking at two systems:

1) AquaticLife T5 HO 6-Lamp Fixture (single plug, built in timer...yadda yadda)
2) 4x96 watt AquaticLife PC Fixture

Which light penetrates deeper? Also, I plan on having a large pink anemone...special light requirements?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You really need to post that in the marine section if you want some good responses. However, if you tank is going to be 48" tall and you want corals, you are looking at some big metal halides. T5s are not going to do corals much good on a tank that deep.
