HELP!! Tems acting real strange!!!!

hey,

was feeding my tems prawns as usual (fresh to, bought 2 days ago n freezed straight away) and for sum reason after the woofed am all down they started acting very very strange, breathing heavily, swimming round jolting, shaking there heads n flaring there gills with stress lines!! then when i turned hte lights off, the all spewed up the prawns...i dun understand wtf is wrong...they love prawns n this has never happened b4..does anyone know whats happening?? is because i feed prawns to regulary?? HELP PLZ!! i honestly dunno if i'll have them by morning...they look terrible..!
 
I would say maybe the package of prawns got defrosted in transport to the store, or something along those lines. Def not because you feed prawns regularly though. Id throw out the package and buy another.
 
did you completely defrost them? I fed defrosted tilapia once to my aro, but the center was still a ball of ice. I aro went crazy, and eventually spit it out
 
Is it possible to video this behavior if they're still at it? It's prolly what Onion said.
 
nah they've stopped now...gawd i was goin mental...honestly thought i was gonna loose em!!! those prawns are getn thrown out first thing tomoz!!! gonna feed em live for a week!!! then maybe get em back onto em...fark...wadda scary experience!
 
there was a Prawn recall, this week ....Didint you here??Somebody contaminated the prawn shipment....hurry and Give me your tems..Ill fix them up back to health...
 
haha righto...nah i get them frozen from the supermarket, take em home then just cut them up and put em back in freezer, they never defrost...this just toally freaked me out...i honestly thought i was gonna loose my 3 prized posessions!! it's kinda put me off buying prawns for em but there soo good for them and they last forever... :(
 
I have a question, why is it so bad to feed your fish food that is not completely defrosted? I can imagine why it would be unconfortable or unappitizing to eat an ice block, but if its a bit frozen, is that a problem?
 
What happens to you when you drink a really cold drink too fast? Brain freeze. And we are warm blooded.
