HELP!! There's something wrong with my ntt

Hey guys. Just noticed that there's something wrong with my ntt's anal?? It's still eating like usual.. Tank mates are 5 plecos range from 2"-8"

I think it's swelling... There's no gravel or sand. Tank is bare bottom...

Looks like either a blockage or the beginning of a prolapse,what do you feed it?

ExoticGREEN yes it does eat A LOT when it comes to feeding. 2 big de-shelled shrimp every times. once a day. K krichardson i feed it mostly shrimp. Sometimes smelts and tilapia..

Feeders should not cause that,nothing you mentioned previously really,unless some sort of infection or pathogen was passed on.

Glad to help in any way that I can and I don't think the chubby plecos are a part of the problem.
