hey mfk, my 2' tilapia buttikoferi has been eating mini hikari bio gold for the past week that Ive had him and now he has been having white stringy poop and has just been sitting in the back of the tank not showing any energy at all like he did in the beginning. I read this can be internal parasites, so I did a water change, treated my tank with some ick attack, pimafix and some Epsom salt hoping that might help but hes still pooping constant white stringy poop. I also know there is a way of soaking pellets with epsom salt but he isnt even eating anymore. Im wondering if it might be the bio gold? I would appreciate any help as I really like this fish!

If he isnt eating you might want to try treating him with metronidazole instead

It has internal parasites...No bloat etc. no need for epsom salt. Just get some jungle parasite clear or hikari prazi pro should do the trick for you
