Help to I.D please

Just returned from my LFS with this fish. I'm not sure if this is the right section to post this in. Not sure if it's even a cichlid though.

Its a beautiful fish, black all over with blue specks over its body. I have looked through nemerous cichild sites and the stickies but still am unable to identify this myself.

Could someone help me? I'd really appreciate knowing what fish this is.

At first I was thinking it may be a Madagascar Cichlid (Paratilapia Polleni) but the blue specks threw me off and I'm use to seeing Madagascar Cichlids have more whitish spots all over. So I'm thinking it may not be that. I too would be interested in knowing the ID of this fish.
