Help to Id ray

I am about to purshase a black ray, but am not sure about what kind of ray this is and if it is pure or some kind of hybrid. Lots of hybrids around here....

Can you please take a look and tell me what you think about this ray? Size is around 15 cm, the tail have a bit bitten off.

Thanks! is this price possible or is it an obvious scam? I'm not in the US, so I realize that the price may have some varience, however I dont think it will be a huge diffrence.

Ask for video of it eating with date and time stamp. That is a low price for such a nice ray.
