Wasnt sure were to post this, so I did it here.
I have a med size silver dollar.
Have had this one about 8 months.
Always been in with a female just a little smaller than him
About 4 days ago, I added in three more spotted silver dollars.
Today I noticed two white spots on my original silver dollar..
Not sure hat it is. I read somewere it could be Flexibacter but I am not for sure that is what it is.
None of the other silvers show any signs of having it.
Any ideas what if could be and how to fix.
Tank is a 250
has two rays, one aro and now 5 silver dollars.
filters with two fx5's
Been set up for 2 years
ph = 7.8
nitiries = 0
ammonia = 0
nitrates = 20ppm
I did about 2 weeks ago have trouble with this tank. I had cleaned one of the filters ( the right way) and some how shocked the system. It put the nitrites up for awhile. With daily water changes and conditioner, I got the system back to were its supose to be. Took about a week and a half.
Hard to take a pic of a silver due to the shine, but this is what I could come up with
