I was looking online and am in contact with someone for some leos for a low price and was wondering if someone has seen this picture before?
Help to see if this is a scam

I would ask the seller to put a label with your name on it next to the tank with the rays in it and take a picture to show that they actually have the rays.
If the seller is telling you those are just Leos and the price is low, these's two warning signs right off the bat.

unless it comes from topstingray it is a scam you can even see the watermark on the side of the picture rt side down those are 2500 each right now i have an email from top stingray to prove it so it is a scam unless its them ????

..is your friend. Give it the URL of the image you're looking to match or drag-drop the image. In this case, I did have to go to the tiny extra step of cutting the white border out of your image and then drag-dropping just the actual pic of the rays into Google image search.
If I search for your original image, I see a guy supposedly called Kenny from Texas (another big red flag).
