hello, ive posted before about this individual RTM male of about 5 inches, I got him mid november at about the same size very skinny, i figured once he got more comfortable he would bulk up and start eating, but pretty much the opposite happened, hes still very skinny, from what i see hasnt grown at all, very skittish and always hiding, eats almost nothing, i figured it was some form of internal parasite so i treated him with some paraguard in his 100 gallon tank for a few weeks and still no results, im ythinking maybe the 100 gallon is abit too big to be a hospital tank, i wanted to ask if I would be better off putting him in a a 55 gallon hospital tank i have set up , so i could raise the heat higher and try other methods of treating him

Post ur water parameters. Would try some food/pellets mixed with bloodworm juice and garlic first. Even use live black worms or earthworms. Even a few small dithers to help get it to settle. Would keep the temp around 80. Unless you’ve done this already.

If not better then consider treating with metro and Epsom salts. That’s my suggestion.
