Help guys!:nilly:

i'm having a major problem with one of my discus!?
my cobalt discus is having this disease... it looks like a fungi growing
in his head?! can anyone of you tell me whats the best thing to do...
and what medications should I put in the tank! he's the only one that
has it! my other discus looks fine! and my cobalt is like shedding its
saliva???? i dunno what it called? but yea... my cobalt is swimming and eats normally... by the way the fungi is getting bigger and bigger...

Ooh jeez! Can you quarantine him? I haven't had that yet but, looks like what I've heard described as hole in the head disease. LFS should have something for that. The sooner the better. Keep us posted.
 
:iagree: Wow, that seems hurtful. Unfortunately, HITH is very fatal towards discus and kills them most of the time. Hurry and try your best to save them quick. Get plenty meds and quarantine them before it spreads. Do you have any other discus in the tank? Good luck.
 
get the fish in a Q tank.... jungle makes a good hith meds.... treat the rest of them to for prevent but get that discuss out of there..
 
tnx GOD!!! the hith is getting smaller and smaller and the top hole is gone and the bottom hole is just a wart size with a lil whittish pimple!!! its like dissapearing magically!!! and i didn't use any meds for that!!!! i'll update u w/ pix tom....
