normally i feed my flower horn with xo humpy head, last week i saw a small wound in his hump so i started to feed him with live krill and some small fishes which i can easily get from a big pond which is located near to my home i am living in south india today i saw a worm like thing in his poo vent so i tried to inspect it by netting him out of the tank to a small tub as he is living in 67.32 gallon tank (us gallon) he is more than half feet now after is leave him again in the tank i saw he was hurted because of netting his both drosal and annal fins got hurt skin on the fins peeled out on the top and i can see white color spikes i dont know how to cure his wounds and i found a small worm in the tub its white in color its about .5mm in length please help me how to remove such worms from his stomach. i love him a lot please help me

yesterday i didn't feed him anything except a single Xo pellet today he ate some live krill and he is not touching hump head now and his wound also curing now his wound is in red with white color now please help
