help w/ auto tank filler

I wan to build some sort of auto filler to top off my sump when a certain amount of water evaporates. Anyone have any ideas on how to do this pretty simply? The main house waterlines are not too far away so I don't think I'll have problems getting water to it.

you could use a float valve, ooooooooooooooooor
do a drip system and make your life alot easier. their are a few posted here

that would be easy enough to do
but i would go with the drip system myself
i am putting the drip on my 180 next weekend
