help... weird diseases

hi guys.. i have a small FH , his scales on his right side suddenly started to bubble up the size of a 5cnts coin, and then it opened up into an open wound.. what kind of diseases is this? i havent seen any similar diseases on the net or books.
if you know wht cause this disease and the best meds for it please let me know.

Ive seen pics of these, they sound like ulcers or some type of disease like that. Just do a google search for fish disease and look at some pics. Also, maybe you could post pics here of it to get some opinions.
