Already lost one female flowerhorn by this, threated it with Dactycid from colombo, it seems like it made the white stuf come out more, but the fish isn't feeling any better, think he feels more bad now

It appears that medicine you're using is a general worm/internal parasite med. I would try an external parasite med instead.

Do those white stuff feel hard and globular? What are your water parameters? Where did you get that fish? Is it with any tankmates?
