HELP !!!! What is wrong with my Tinfoil ???

I noticed this a couple days ago and thought it was just my tinfoil getting picked on and just ruffed up fins but now it's worse... And i've also seen him swim by the bottom of the tank and swipe his sides on the gravel... I didn't think it was ick because it's not on the fins, just scales... What is this and how do i treat him ?????

looks like ich, I would salt and raise the temp..

Ok now i really have no idea what it is... I took the tinfoil out of the big tank and he's in a Q tank now.... When i netted him and put him in the other tank now his sides are clear and all the white junk is off his fins ???????

I have no clue...... I upped the temp to 86 and added salt...
