2 of my 4 fire mouth cichlids have a white stuff on there noses what should I do. I change the water every 2 week. Is it harmful if so what should I do?

How much water do you change every two weeks?
And you need to be more specific than "white stuff". Pictures?

40% water change the white stuff looks like blisters but white

do those two rub against the glass a lot? they may have rubbed themselves raw then gotten a fungus infection.
