Help! What's wrong with my datnoid? (with pics)

Hey guys need help identifying my problem.
After I have fed my Datnoid the next day its belly swells up, which at first I thought he was just full but it seems to have swelled further since its meal. Another symptom I saw was its poo is white/greyish and sticky looking. After a couple of days the belly goes back to normal and its behaviour stays unchanged.
I have been feeding him with white bait since I've owned him which is around 2yrs.

I hope its not internal parasite because it could get really nasty. Maybe you can cut down on your feeding for the time being as from my understanding, adult ST wont suffer from hunger as much as the juv ones.
