help whats wrong with my P-bass

Ive got 6 2.5"-3" Mono Peacock bass, and one of them is acting very odd. He will hover with his head down and his tail up or vice versa. Sometimes he even sits there upside down. He looks perfectly healthy otherwise and has great color. Tank temp is around 84.

Any ideas whats up with this guy or how to fix it?

Im just guessing here But it might be a swim bladder issue. Has he always acted like this?

I got him about 2 weeks ago, but he didnt do it until yesterday.
