Slime coat peel, looks like. Its a water temp/chemistry/dissolved gasses issue I went through it with my chocolate a lot during changes. Others can chime in on the specifics. I see the air bubbles/peel on your other fish too.

Ammonia is coming back at 1 - is this correct?
If so, that’s the most likely cause. Any positive reading is toxic to fish.
