Help, White bump on my GAR

My Florida gar has this white purtruding bump on his side (by his gill) for a couple weeks now.. it went away and grew back 2 times already... anyone know what this is?.. i do 75% water changes every week and have a little salt in the water too..

now one is growing on his backside... i think its a fungus.. besides salt and raised temp. anything else to do? how long does this treatment normally take.. thanks!!

... nothing has changed... but now he has 3 of the same white bumps on him... 2 grew on his back side and the 1 in the pic above is even with his gill.. what could it be? i cant find anything on line. any type of treatment. please help.. thanks
