help!! white fungus!!

this just happened on my 75 gal tank, it has been running for a few months now, i just did a water change yesterday and added a few new pieces of spider wood. & today after i came home from work i noticed this white fungus looking thing on the pieces of drift look. this tank holds my discus, so i need to figure this out!!
i havent noticed anything on my discus yet.

It is harmless. It will run its course. Plecos and otocinclus and a lot of other fish actually eat the stuff.

Agree with Coryloach, many newly placed pieces of wood in tanks get this, and it will go away on its own after a while.
I used to get it on new pieces of twisted hickory branches (St Johns walking stick)
