my two Orinos have little white spots on them that I thought were air bubbles but are not. What is it? Is it harmful? How do I get rid of it?

do they look like pin sized white spots, sort of like little grains of salt? And are they scratching against the substrate and tank decor? If so, it's probably ich, bump the temp to at least 87 degrees and add salt..

Hmmm, if its already at 86 that is a little bit weird, you may want to try and add salt as well like silverdragon stated, dont want to encourage heat resistant strains of ich, I've read a few articles on that subject before.

1 teaspoon for every five gallons but if it doesnt go away soon than u can add more

should be ich...try to get a pic.
ive had pbass get ich at very high temps before.
not sure why though.
but they never seemed to be bothered by it and it disappeared in one or two days.
