HELP will GT tail grow back??

k my ****in crayfish mannaged to catch my 2 inch terror and started eating him infront of my eyes when i was cleaning the tank. the terror now has no tail. its all gone. theres the stump of where the tail begins to flare out, if u will. and his other fins are a little ripped. hes swimming around fine but its only been like 15 min. yea he had a beautiful tail with nice orange. do u think it will grow back to normal?

As long as the base is intact, there is a good chance it can grow back with plenty of frequent W/Cs. I would also separate them.

Add stress coat to whatever tank you keep him in.It will help his tail heal.

define base please? as stupid of a question as it is.. like ik its before the tail but is it the narrow part between the tail and body? if so its there

if ur talking about my last post, they arent even together with the oscar, so i learned not to own a crayfish. nice try though.

yea sorry about that. forgot i was not on my account. and yea.. i learned not to have it with a crayfish while you are cleaning your tank.. its in my other tank now. the terror was not with the oscar so im not sure what u meant when u said what did you learn?
