I am currently building a 250cm x 90cm x 70cm(LxWxH) glass tank, glass is 15mm thick. the tank will have an internal overflow box so it need to have holes drilled in the bass. I had ordered the glass and received it last night but the supplier had drilled the wrong holes in it. Instead of 1.5in a 1.5cm that is tiny. The fault was mine since I gave him the drawing and forgot to mention that the holes are in inches.
thay will not replace the glass for me. So I was looking if I can get a solution for this.
The supplier says he can widen the holes but he is scared it will be too close to the edge approx 7cm and the glass will crack due to pressure. I was thinking, is it possible to cover the holes with another sheet and drilling holes in the other side (the front ) will that be good.
