I am wanting to setup a 30g hex tank and would like to do cichlids. the cichlids that I would like to put in the tank are the red and black Tropheus Moorii. the problem that I am having, is that I do not want o overcrowd my tank and I would like to how many cichlids plus a few Synodontis granulosa or Synodontis petricola that I could put in the tank. I was also thinking about putting a 3" thick sandy substrate bottom. If ya'll have any suggestions, comments critiscisms whatever I will greatly appreciate and help that ya'll can offer.
