I will be giving a talk on predatory fish for a local fish club, part of the talk is on Piranha. While I have collected, kept and even breed a few different species of piranha, I have only kept maybe 5 species of the 30+ species. I am in particular looking for info and photos on Pirambeba's (Serrasalmus, Pygopristis, Pristobrycon) types i.e. Serrasalmus medinai (Red Throat Piranha), Serrasalmus maculatus (Ruby Red Piranha) Serrasalmus rhombeus (Black/white/Peruvian Black Piranha) Serrasalmus spilopleura (Gold Piranha) as well as the Pygopristis Type (five-cusped or big-toothed piranha).
Also I am looking for a photo of a school of large adult Piranhas in a tank.
Any info or photos would be greatly appreciated
