Help with an ID please

Saw this guy while I was out in Philly today. He's probably between 12"-14"and was labeled as "birchir". I asked what type it was and the person working tried telling me it was a Senegal. I know enough to see that it's clearly a lower jaw, was thinking maybe a washed out endli. I don't know to much about differentiating the LJs

I can't see it very well, but I'd almost say congicus. However like I said I can't see it very well

Headshape does look like congicus, but I'm leaning toward nigerian lap tho

I was also thinking that because I thought I saw faint lap patterns on the back

Thanks for help guys, either way if its a Congicus or a lap, I still wouldn't have been able to keep it in my 125 with my UJs. So I made the right choice. Really wanted to buy it considering it was only 49.99 but I resisted, I'm sure I'll regret it down the road lol

Yeah I thought the same. If anybody is local its at monster pets in south philly. They think it's a Senegal so they have no idea what it's really worth lol
