Help with Aquarium Setup in Fountain Valley, CA USA???

-- I have a friend with a very large tank setup in Fountain Valley, California that had a previous installer fall through at the last moment. His aquarium is ready to ship and the previous installer had everything ready to go, he just needs someone to help with initial setup and ongoing maintenance. As stated, it is a very large setup and he would be willing to pay a good amount, but obviously wants someone trustworthy and good at their job.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
 
Right. I was hoping for anyone that has any personal experience with the ones that show up. This guy has a very expensive setup and is willing to spend $$$. I don't want to direct him to some random ddg or foolgle search.
