So I came downstairs juss a couple minutes ago... And notice that my azuls right eye is all white practically... It doesn't look like cloudy eye..? Could it be a heater burn?

Not saying that you don't regularly but I would do a water change pronto.I would think if the eye was burned it would be a little more damaged than just white. Is there a tank mate that bullies the zul and causes it to hang out near the heater?

It's like cloudy... I do water changes once a week.. My water is clean, everybody is doing great, eating great. He was fine all day and ate perfectly and his eye was fine. Then I came home later and noticed one eye was wicked cloudy and white.. Looked 10x worse than cloudy eye

You can't tell water quality from looking at it unfortunetly

Your water could very well be full of nitrite and nitrates and still look crystal clear

If there is no sign of being damaged physically, my first stop would be to run and get me a test kit

Test your water and see if somthings off. Years ago an old timer once told me Vodka is crystal clear but I wouldn't keep my fish in it. I never forgot that.
