Any arowana under 5" is risky.
The one you're worried about will most likely die. Sorry.
Just make sure water quality is perfect , don't do too many water changes, provide plenty of places to hide.
And Never leave uneaten food in tank.
(What kind are they?)

Raising fish at that size is pretty hard. If you have a spare tank, separate it. It may not be able to compete for food nad may starve to seath at this point.

Are there any other type fish in the tank? Baby aros benefit greatly from pristine stable water conditions. Try to keep your nitrates around 10 ppm and the pH stable. What size tank are you growing these guys out in?

Boy, I type slow:)

You have a good setup, add some floating plants for cover to help with stress. As for the injured you will likely need to isolate him.

right now there in my 55 it is the most stable i mean the water is great i tested befor i put them in and every day since. the only other fish in there is 2 holpo cats, goest knife(im takeing out as we talk) minature whiptail cat, and my silver gar witch they seem to realy like and him the same. and the gar is only 6in or so.
