help with borneo tiger and clown knife

i have a 300 gal tank with 2 young-ish oscars and a adult ornate bichir, i just got a young borneo tiger fish and a clown knife fish, the knife is slightly bigger but ive had to put him in a refugium in the sump cos the tiger has bitten him quite a bit, also the tiger doesnt seem to know that the food i put in is food, i have med. cichlid pellets for the oscars and some food for knife fish, i try to feed the tiger the tiny sinking knife fish food but he ignores it.

so my issues are:

-will the tiger stop bitting the knife fish when they get bigger? cos i cant decide which one i like more if i had to get rid of one.
--i want to get a school of tin foil barbs as well and am wondering if the more fish will make it better.
-and what should i feed the tiger fish.

Very rarely will it eat pellets. try frozen foods. in my opinion clown kvnives are sometime easy target. ive had to put some realy big ones so they wont get picked on. i would keep the tiger fish
