By moony, do you mean mono?
If so yes it is sufficient space for those, but not more. They all grow large.
You would need salt, and a way to measure salinity, (which means a specific gravity meter of sorts). A dechlorination chemical such as prime, or if you want a more generic substitute, sodium or calcium thiosulfate, if you are on a public water system.
A decent biological filtration system, a protein skimmer, aragonite substrate, and if so desired brackish type plants, such as mangrove.
Others may have different opinions, but this is what I would have as a minimum. I would probably not totally fill the tank all the way, and hang lights high enough for semi emergent plants.
