is a 120 gallon aquarium enough for 2 archerfish 3 african moony and one scat. and were could i find a cheap aquarium. and what do i need for a brackish water setup. thanks

By moony, do you mean mono?
If so yes it is sufficient space for those, but not more. They all grow large.
You would need salt, and a way to measure salinity, (which means a specific gravity meter of sorts). A dechlorination chemical such as prime, or if you want a more generic substitute, sodium or calcium thiosulfate, if you are on a public water system.
A decent biological filtration system, a protein skimmer, aragonite substrate, and if so desired brackish type plants, such as mangrove.
Others may have different opinions, but this is what I would have as a minimum. I would probably not totally fill the tank all the way, and hang lights high enough for semi emergent plants.
