well i have a 6-7 inch male flowerhorn and i have about a 3-4 inch female festae and recently the flowerhorn started digging a hole all the way to the glass and the festae would sit in the hole as the flowerhorn shook and protected her but sometimes the flowerhorn will start chasing the festae around the tank and then go back to the hole by him self... this has been goin on for about three days
are they breeding?
