Help with bulging fish eye

I have a large Midas that is coming up on 11 years old. One of her eyes has recently gotten hazy and bulging. I have done several water changes and added salt to the tank. She still has been really lethargic and hasn't been eating. I am not sure what else to try. The fish has always been really healthy and I have never dealt with this before.
 
could be pop eye
 
I had this happen to my Demasoni when I had Mbuna in my tank and I used epsom salt and it cleared up in about 4-5 days.

I added 5 table spoons to the 55 gallon he was in (not sure if this was the proper amount, but it worked).
