HELP WITH CICHLID

My african peacock cichlid has just started swimming upside down and just twirling near the surface of the tank. He sometimes puts his face on the surface. All the other fish look fine. What should i do? Set up a quarantine tank? It seems like he will die but idk what to do. Can anybody help thanks

I had a convict do the floating and thrashing not really twirling per say. Cannot see pictures but about all you can do is a water change and wait

Did he make it? And by twirlying, i mean he just goes from belly up to normal again constantly kin of like rolling down a hill

He didn't make it. swim bladder problem i wasn't able to fix.

That maybe my problem. I noticed his stomach is rather bloated. Ive had fish for a while and i know what a dead one looks like. I put him in a bowl so he doesnt contaminate the others
