help with crested gecko

when i got him he had a weird light part on his toe any body know what to do

Maybe some shed or a scar?? whats it look to u? feel?

it looks like unshed skin but it is hard like a scab and it has made the toe stop growing

if its all around the toe like a ring it may be old shed , if so try to soak it with water and a q tip , if it soakes right nudge it a bit .

It looks like shed to me.

Do not under any circumstances try to pull it off.

Wet a few q tips with warm water and ROLL them on the toe with a bit of pressure.

It should come out easier than you'd think.

put him in a moist hide with warm water sprayed on paper towels for a little while everyday.
