So basically the PH in my main take was dropping without me realizing. The so it started of with some redness at the right gills. Might be fighting but it spreaded to the top of the scales. The scales near the gills seems to be lifted the off. Is this dropsy or protruding scale disease.

He is currently in yellow powder water. Added blackwater and salt as well. He actually began eating the moment i shifted him out from quarrantine. But my itchy fingers went to add a little more yellow powder and then it seems hes suddenly stressed out about it and was resting alot at the bottom of the tank. I did 100% water change filled it with 80% tank water 20% new water. clear the old substrate that was in the tank and now hes back in. Seems hes doing okay. Not eating yet but doesn't seems to be getting worst.
All i can say is that i am super glad that arowana are super hardy fishes. For me to make amateur mistake and they are still alive. Really hope he would start eating again. Because first time he went into the quarantine tank he improved immediately eating from my hands.
here are some photos.
He is in another tank in the sump so its hard to get photos.

So from the back view you can see the scales at the gills kinda lifting off as well.

Really appreciate if the experts here can give some advice.
