help with disease/parasite?

im not quite sure what these things are.

basically its in feeder rosy red minnows... it looks like white egg sacs(oval not white spots) inside the fish which can either be 1 to 10 of these things, whenever i can see them i remove those feeders. is this ick or something else?

the term "white spot" to me is round and flat as well as only on the surface, so it makes me rule out ick. also ive seen some pics of fish with ich

i've actually seen these egg sacs in some johnny darters that i found in the wild.

any ideas of what it is, if its harmful or curable?

any other observations of the fish that look to be infected? swim on their side? popeye? pics would be awesome =P
 
Any way you can post some pics? If its larger white spots it sounds fungal to me but no way to verify this
