I am building a terrarium and im looking to purchase epoxy paint to coat the plywood im building it with. I looked at the WEST marine epoxy but it is quite expensive. Is there any cheaper marine epoxy that works also? This setup doesn't need to hold a lot of water, and it is all concentrated at the bottom (10-15 gallons), all i need is to waterproof it. Are there any other paints that can accomplish the same task?
The tank im building is only 85 gallons (48x17x24). how much paint would i need to fully cover the surface in a waterproof coating?
